Lamu Yoga Festival 2026 — Partnership Opportunities

The Festival

A gathering like
no other in Africa

Now entering its 12th year, Lamu Yoga & Wellbeing Festival has become one of East Africa’s longest-running international wellness gatherings. Set across the historic village of Shela on Lamu Island, the festival brings together yoga teachers, wellness practioners, creatives, entrepreneurs, and conscious travelers for a five-day immersive experience of movement, culture, and community.

Classes and events take place on the beaches, in gardens, in the mangroves, and curated houses throughout the village, creating an intimate and unique festival atmosphere rooted in place and community.

Beyond yoga and wellness, the festival features sunset gatherings, cultural experiences, the Swahili Dinner, and the Yoga Bazaar, bringing together local artisans and wellness brands.

Our Approach

Partnerships built on
alignment, not logos

Our approach prioritizes meaningful integration rather than traditional logo-based sponsorship, allowing partners to engage authentically with the festival community through shared experiences, programming and curated activations.

Rather than large numbers of sponsors, the festival works with a small group of brands whose values align with the spirit of the event and the interests of our audience.

Meaningful Integration
Partners become part of the experience — not a backdrop to it.
Curated Alignment
Every partner is selected for genuine fit with our community values.
Limited Availability
Intentionally few partners ensures quality over volume.
Authentic Connection
Direct access to an engaged, high-value audience in an intimate setting.

The Partnership Model

Limited by design

For the 2026 edition, LYFEe is intentionally curating a limited number of aligned partners across travel, real estate, hospitality and premium wellness.

This ensures that partnerships feel natural within the experience while creating genuine opportunities for connection between brands and attendees.

Traditional Sponsorship
  • Logo placement only
  • Mass visibility, low engagement
  • Generic, unqualified audience
  • One-directional communication
  • Unlimited number of sponsors
Lamu Yoga Partnership
  • Authentic brand integration
  • Intimate, high-engagement community
  • Curated, aligned audience aged 35–65
  • Multi-channel storytelling
  • Maximum 9 partners total
